Terms of Service

These Terms govern GILGAMESH LIMITED products linking to them, including clap-based phone finding, AI-assisted voice memos, and color-vision screening. By installing or using a covered product, you accept these Terms and any additional conditions displayed for a particular feature.

You must be at least 17 and able to form a binding agreement. A higher local requirement remains controlling. We grant a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use a covered product on a device you own or control.

• Clap detection may be affected by distance, background noise, microphone access, device state, and hardware; it is not an emergency locating system.
• Voice recordings and AI outputs should be reviewed before reliance. Keep independent copies of important material.
• Color-vision results are screening information, not diagnosis or medical advice; seek a qualified professional for health decisions.

You retain rights in recordings, transcripts, notes, profile material, and submissions you provide. You grant us only the rights reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve the selected function. When you request AI assistance, selected content may be sent to OpenRouter under the Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential or third-party material without authority.

If a covered product offers an account or public profile, you must keep credentials secure and information accurate. Public submissions must be lawful and must not infringe privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights. We may moderate or remove material and restrict an account to address misuse or legal obligations.

Do not interfere with products or infrastructure, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, collect information without authority, publish unlawful content, manipulate advertising or purchases, or use a product to harm another person or device.

If a purchase screen offers a free trial or auto-renewing subscription, it will display eligibility, duration, price, and billing cycle before confirmation. Charges and refunds are handled by the marketplace. Manage or cancel through the marketplace account used for purchase. Uninstalling a product does not cancel an active subscription.

Some products may display advertising or depend on analytics, OpenRouter, marketplaces, or destinations chosen by the user. Those independent services apply their own terms. Availability, compatibility, or reference to a third party does not imply that GILGAMESH LIMITED owns or controls it.

GILGAMESH LIMITED and its licensors own the products, software, designs, and brand materials other than user content. We may update features, correct defects, change availability, or suspend access for security, misuse, legal, or operational reasons. Users may stop using a product at any time.

Products and outputs are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect detection, error-free transcription, AI accuracy, or medical accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses. Non-excludable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Applicable law governs without creating a jurisdiction not otherwise established by law. The parties should first try in good faith to resolve disputes informally. Invalid provisions are severed without affecting the remainder. Updated Terms apply prospectively from the stated effective date or other notice required by law.
