SIGNAL / PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

Follow a data signal from the device, through an optional online feature, to retention and user control.

01

Products and reading guide

This Policy applies to GILGAMESH LIMITED products that link to it, including products that help a user locate a phone by detecting a clap, record and organize voice memos with optional AI assistance, or conduct color-vision screening. A feature is covered only when it is actually presented in the product.

02

Signals handled on the device

  • Clap detection: microphone permission may be used to detect the sound pattern requested by the user. Detection can occur on the device; it is not a promise that every clap or environment will be recognized.
  • Voice memos: recordings, local transcripts, titles, and notes may remain on the device unless the user activates a feature that clearly requires transmission.
  • Color-vision screening: answers and displayed results may be calculated and stored locally. Results are informational and are not a medical diagnosis.
03

OpenRouter AI requests

When a user actively invokes an AI function, selected content needed for that request—such as text or a transcript derived from a voice memo—may be transmitted to OpenRouter to produce the requested output. We do not send unrelated local recordings or test results by default.

Content uploaded for an OpenRouter request and the corresponding generated result are deleted no later than two weeks after the last related processing activity where they are stored for that processing.
04

Permissions and technical records

Relevant products may request microphone, notification, media, or other permissions needed for the feature selected by the user. Online access may expose an IP address, App version, device and system type, language, region, interaction events, crash data, and technical timestamps. Location is processed only where a related function requires it and the user grants permission.

05

Accounts, profiles, and submissions

Where a product presents account, profile, or submission controls, we may process the registration details, profile information, content, and moderation records needed to operate those controls. Public visibility depends on the choice shown in the product. Users should not submit content they lack the right to provide.

06

Analytics, advertising, and purchases

Some products may use analytics or advertising SDKs and may display advertising. Those tools may process App-instance information, IP address, general technical data, interactions, and consent choices. If a product offers a free trial or auto-renewing subscription, the marketplace processes payment and subscription records under its own terms.

07

Purposes and recipients

Information is used to deliver requested functions, maintain and secure products, diagnose errors, answer support requests, manage transactions, measure or fund applicable features, enforce terms, and comply with law. It may be disclosed to OpenRouter for a user-requested AI operation, to analytics or advertising providers where applicable, to marketplaces, to user-selected destinations, to legal authorities when required, and in a business transfer.

08

Retention by category

  • Local recordings, results, and settings remain until the user deletes them, clears product data, or removes the product.
  • OpenRouter request content and generated results subject to remote processing follow the two-week maximum described above.
  • Support, transaction, security, account, moderation, and technical records are retained only as reasonably needed for their purpose and legal obligations.
  • Independent providers apply their own retention rules.
09

Choices, rights, and security

Users can manage permissions in device settings, control account or profile options where offered, manage subscriptions through the marketplace, and request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold. We may verify a request before acting. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no system is completely secure.

10

International processing, age, and contact

Providers may process information outside the user’s country or region with safeguards appropriate to the circumstances. Covered products are intended for users aged 17 or older; a higher local age or consent rule remains controlling. We may update this Policy and will identify the current version by the effective date.
